SALEM — The Salem Area Chamber of Commerce held a red ribbon cutting for new local business Refined Fashions.
“We really believe in rebuilding and revitalizing downtown. Salem is such is wonderful community that is so supportive of small businesses, and we want people to be able to enjoy themselves and have a relaxed shopping environment,” said co-owner Bryan Hobbins.
Husband and wife Bryan and Tiffany Hobbins are excited to welcome the community to their new business Refined Fashions at 315 E. State St. Refined Fashions is a high-end new and gently used clothing store which features sizes juniors to adult, with plus sizes to be stocked as available.
Refined Fashions is open for business Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with additional evening hours one night a week to be added following evaluation of which night would best serve the customers.
