Looking to qualify to the knockout stages, our Huddersfield Town B Team welcome Middlesbrough to the John Smith’s Stadium in the Premier League Cup on Friday 25 November, 1pm kick-off.
Their second Premier League Cup game in a week, the youngsters were victorious in their previous game at the John Smith’s Stadium on Friday 18 November, when they beat reigning Premier League Cup Holders West Brom 1-0.
Aiming to qualify on Friday, Jon Worthington will once again have names such as Charles Ondo and Loick Ayina to call on – who Town fans will be more than familiar with having seen them all step up to First Team level this season already.
Having played and won our reverse fixture against Middlesbrough earlier in the season, the youngsters will be looking to secure their places in the knockout stages under the lights at the John Smith’s Stadium.
Our Young Terriers have won all three of their group stage games so far this tournament, beating Middlesbrough and Watford away from home and then winning against West Brom at home – they will be looking to continue this impressive form against Middlesbrough on Friday.
If you’re missing watching football at the John Smith’s Stadium with the Sky Bet Championship season currently on hold due to the World Cup, this is the perfect opportunity to see tomorrow’s Terriers playing today and get familiar with the names and faces who could be the future of our Club.
Your support was incredible for our youngsters against West Brom, and we need you back to cheer on the B Team on Friday 25 November at 1pm! Priced at incredibly affordable prices with admission available in person on the day via our cash turnstiles or with card at the Ticket Office.
Led by Jon Worthington, our B Team will be looking to qualify into the knockout round against Middlesbrough, while still set to play Watford at home and West Brom away in the remainder of their Group C fixtures.
